Committee Openings
  • Asset Management Committee – identifies strategies for new project development and location, maintains standards for new capital projects, makes recommendations to board about asset management issues and strategic planning, and provides staff with technical expertise for new opportunities.
  • Events & Culture Committee –  members share their expertise and connections to expand NeighborWorks Green Bay’s mission in our community by planning events including our Annual Celebration, NeighborWorks Week community projects, Open Houses, and more.
  • Finance Committee – assists the board in assessing policies and practices related to financial management, develops tools that assist organizational financial statement reviews, and assists staff by providing technical expertise to grow corporate assets and manage risk.
  • Good Neighbor Week Committee – a collaboration between NeighborWorks Green Bay, the City of Green Bay, and Green Bay Neighborhoods, this annual event is planned by neighbors, for neighbors to help Green Bay homeowners with minor home repairs.  All work is done by volunteers and free of charge for the homeowner.  Help make the magic happen!  Experience with the following is helpful, not required: volunteer recruitment, marketing, home improvements and repair assessments, securing financial and material donations.
  • Resource Development Committee – assists NeighborWorks Green Bay in both raising funds and giving thanks for donors’ generous support. This committee meets monthly at most and is an important part of growing awareness of our organization in the community. No experience in fundraising is necessary, but a willingness to learn is much appreciated!
